Sound Healing & Mantra with Anne Malone

Welcome to the wonderful world of Sound Healing, a journey into the heart of sound.

During our Weekend Retreat, we will explore and experience the art of sacred sound healing, refining and deepening the techniques of playing singing bowls, shamanic drums, chimes and Sansula, their application and placement; reconnecting with our voice through vocal toning, aural tuning and Mantra singing; creating a Sound Bath; Space Clearing with Sound.

With the introduction of each new instrument, vocal technique and skill, we will focus on experiencing the sound and its effect upon the body, followed by a demonstration of the technique, followed by hands on practice. Working in small groups, we will practice and explore, constantly refining these newly learnt skills.

Sacred Sound is a simple yet profound way to connect with the core of our being, and tune our body at a cellular level through the gentleness of its resonance.
