As a member of our Spa Therapist Team you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and well-being. You will have the opportunity to work in a stunning setting and create memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies (in-house training provided).
Assess the individual needs of each guest and customise treatments accordingly.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and communal areas.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit.
Collaborating with other spa team members to create a harmonious and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour.

This role includes all in house training, full uniform, competitive rates of pay and an excellent working environment. Hours will include some evenings and weekends.
